The example shown is how to post a YouTube video on this forum.  Videos cannot be upload directly to this website.  YouTube is one of several video hosting websites.  Videos are uploading to their website and then "linked" to a ECO post.

Find your video at YouTube and copy it's address as shown below.

Next step is your post on the EagleCapOwners forum.
Click the Video button and select the "YouTube" from the drop down menu.

A pop-window appears after you click the "YouTube" button.
Paste the YouTube address that you copied from YouTube and paste it into this window.

The link code is now shown in the post window.
It looks like:  [video=youtube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blahblahblah[/video] as shown in the example below.
Click the Post button to post your video.  Done!
