Remote for Happyjack system

My 2018 EC1165 HappyJack system works fine except that I must turn the power sequence on and off at least once and then back on again before the jacks operate. When I 1st purchased this unit it never had to go through this process only turn them on and it would beginning to lift or drop as required. Has anyone had this issue?

Disregard my post, after talking to my dealer I found I was pressing buttons in wrong sequence.
