If you login to your "User CP" and edit your signature to put something like the year and model camper that you own, then it might help get you an answer to your question.
Eagle Cap has often changed designs every year - and sometimes mid-year. 
Which one do you have?
I traded in the problematic 2014 Lance for an 1150 Arctic Fox - wish EC made the 1150.
The rig looks similar to this - nothing exceeds factory weight limits.
