Generator

Hello all, I just tried to use my generator in my new-to-me 2019 1165.  It starts up and runs nicely, but doesn't seem to be powering any of my outlets or the microwave.  The breakers are all fine, the breaker on the generator is not tripped.  Any ideas?  It only has 8.9 hours on it so the original owner didn't use it much! Are the generators hard-wired in? Or is there a plug running from genny to camper?

Campers typically have a transfer relay - the relay has a 45 second delay from the time the generator starts to when it connects the genny power to the AC bus.  
Either the relay is defective or there is a bad wiring connection somewhere in it's circuit.
